"The light on my dog's collar is flashing red."

It sounds as if you have one of the newer receivers with a low battery indicator. This light on your collar has two functions. The first function is to flash about every 5 seconds when the batteries are getting low and it is time to change them. The second function is to display your strength (correction) level when you either push the button or use your magnetic key. Refer to your owner's manual for instructions or call the office for a refresher if you do not remember how to check the correction level on your collar.

In normal collar function the light is not active.
