Service
& Upgrades
If
you have determined through our Troubleshooting
Guide that you need your wire repaired or your equipment
serviced you can CONTACT US
with your availability or call the office to schedule an appointment.
Our office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Service
hours are from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
If
it is necessary to schedule an on-site repair you will incur a
service fee, which is payable at the time of service. We have
varying fees based off of the service needed (line break, equipment
service, mark yard, etc). We also have an Extended
Service Contract [PDF] to ensure full protection with
less maintenance costs.
Even
if you weren't originally installed by Canine Containment or if
you have relocated to the area with your equipment we are able
to install and service any manufacturer's system.
If for any reason your equipment isn’t performing well for you
(from our manufacturer or another) due to a problem with the collar
or just a training issue we can upgrade you to the latest technology
in dog fences. With the Trade-UP of your current equipment you
can save on the new products. Transmitters that you can upgrade
to are the ProTX and the ProPlus. Collars that you can upgrade
to are the PLTL and the Pro280. Don’t ever throw away any non-working
equipment. Call the office to see how much we can save you!
